Today’s Holy Spirit Love Note:
When you rest in me, I will refuel you. When you take me at my word, I will sustain you. When you believe every word I have spoken, it is credited to you as righteousness. When you speak as I nudge you, not a syllable is wasted. When you love as I love, it is the most powerful moment in your day and must not be underestimated.
These intangible, hard to measure pieces are more important than you realise. They are part of the unseen realm that you’re invited to fix your eyes on. Those things you can’t check off a to-do list might be the most vital part of today. Trust me when I invite you into more of the unmeasurable.
Human being, not human doing, remember? Do you trust that being is enough? Can you take me at my word when I tell you that you are protected and provided for, even as you simply be? You think that there are things that you must do in order for you to realise every promise but what if the promise is already done?
Yes, from my perspective and yes, there are actions you’re being invited to take to help move those promises from the unseen to the seen realm – but less actions and less busy than you currently believe!
I know that some of the things I’m inviting you to journey aren’t easy and you long for this part to be done so you can step into the good and the wonderful. What if there’s good and wonderful right here, right now?
Yes, there is a destination, a moment when the promise is realised, but you don’t need to wait for the fulfilment of that promise before you can smile and relish the moment. And I know that doesn’t always sound easy, you feel like you’ve been wading through treacle and it’s exhausting, but don’t give up. This too shall pass and when it does, you’ll look back in wonder at this moment – but in the meantime, let me show you the wonder in this moment right now.
