Today’s Holy Spirit Love Note:
I love our time together. As you wake up each morning, I am smiling over you, singing songs of love and delight over you. Ask me to open your ears so you can hear the song I am singing even right now. It’s a song of love and protection.
There is nothing you will face today that will catch me by surprise. I have gone ahead of you and prepared a way. Every conversation today can be seasoned with my love and grace because you have each and every conversation in me.
You in me and me in you. What does that mean to you? Do you even understand what this looks like? You get an inkling of course but too often it’s another well-worn phrase that you’ve heard in church that you have no real grounding in.
Today is the day to grab hold of what it means for you to be “in Christ” because it is so much more than you ever realised. If you really knew what living “in Christ” means for you, you would be unstoppable!
It means that everywhere you place your feet today is holy ground because, me in you and you in me, I walk where you walk. I am seated in heavenly places so you are seated in heavenly places. I go ahead of you to prepare the way and so you go ahead of you to prepare the way.
Yes, I understand this makes your mind swim! Don’t focus on the how. That’s not why we’re exploring this today. Instead, focus on Jesus and who you are in Him. All power and authority is yours in Jesus. All things are possible for you in Jesus. All ability to love as I love is yours in Jesus.
Start with love, it’s always my starting point, and move through today with me, one step at a time, one moment at a time. In me, in love.
