Today’s Holy Spirit Love Note:
How do you grow and flourish and thrive with me? One moment at a time, one choice at a time. Hearing the nudges and acting on them instead of being stuck rigidly in your plans for the day. I work with your plans, in your plans, but ideally we make those plans together.
This isn’t about throwing off responsibilities and being someone who doesn’t meet commitments but what if we said yes and no to commitments together? It would be easy to move through your plans with me if your plans were actually our plans.
Not every opportunity is going to move you into my best, some are merely a distraction. Other opportunities are a delightful sub-plot, not needed for the main story of your life but welcome anyway for the joy they bring.
How will you know the difference? How will you know which opportunities to say yes to? By moving with me, exploring each opportunity with me. You think I’m being repetitive, saying things I’ve said before, but in a slightly different way and I am but here’s why … You still don’t see the fullness of how we can do life together.
I am interested in all things. I am with you in every thing. There is nothing outside the reach of my love, care and kindness. I want to move with you, moment by moment, in all areas of your life. That’s relationship and that’s the real invitation.
And that’s how you flourish and thrive and step into everything I dreamed of for you as I spoke the stars into existence. Share all things with me. Do all of life with me. Give all of you to me, unreservedly and without exception. I am love, your greatest encourager and friend. That’s the one you’re being invited to give your all to and as you do so, you will step into my best for you and thrive.
